When do you take a moment to dance?

It is rare, isn't it? Maybe it happens spontaneously.

Well, our body loves dance and so does our mental health.

We have applied this at the facility I work at, and it is hilarious.

If a coach is near the light switches, they can flick them, creating a disco party. This is a cue to the rest of the gym to start dancing on the spot to the music.

Moments like that are one reason why I am so grateful for my job. My workplace is so loose.

We always have a chuckle when disco parties are initiated. Our clients like it too.

⚡START MOVING SIDE TO SIDE! (Like this dogo)⚡
.
.
When you move laterally along the frontal plane, the abductors and adductors work antagonistically. The same way they do when stabilizing the joints in the legs. This improves injury prevention.
.
.
Athletes love the sagittal plane. It is easy, looks cool and can be loaded heavy!
.
.
Shift your focus to the frontal plane folks and you’ll stay healthy for longer!
