Baked Goods In The Gym | A Controversial Way To Prevent ACL Tears
How is your relationship with your colleagues and co-workers?
Do they bring value and joy to your life?
Do they bring toxicity?

My belly also feels whole thanks to my massage therapist’s baking skills.

Remember: One day of poor eating will not dent your goals, the same way one day of great eating doesn't reach your goal.
Flexible eating habits are mentally healthier than strict, binge-restrict, yo-yo eating habits.
So if you are going to eat unhealthy food (that term needs more context), know you will get back on track and enjoy the food. Do not hinder the joy sweets bring by stressing over them. I repeat… If you are going to eat it, enjoy it.
