⚡ACTIVE ROM >>>⚡
.
.
Being strong enough to get out of end range (or close to it) is key for injury prevention.
.
.
Perform this for crazy strong internal and external rotators of the femur.

⚡ISOLATE THORACIC ROTATION⚡
.
.
Kneeling on one knee and throwing a med ball laterally, forces the athlete to produce more velo and force with the torso.
.
.
This is getting to the nitty-gritty. Focus on hips first. This is something to do if you see weakness in thoracic rotation or their sport calls for a lot of it.
.
.
Don’t neglect mobility if thoracic rotation is slow.

⚡GLUTE MED ACTIVATION FOR SAFE JUMPING⚡
.
.
The small muscle on the side of the hip will keep the knees from moving into a valgus state. (Caving in)
.
.
This protects the ligaments that can not handle lots of valgus movement.
.
.
A band teaches my athletes to stay varis (knees slightly out)

Hope those spiels help your training!
